Oxydium

Oxydium, the oxidized metal rust effect, is an extra-matte finish characterized by a visual and tactile appearance similar to rough oxidized metal. Opaque color, solid shade, featuring a fine textured effect combined with intense and deep opacity.
Oxydium is a convenient finish that, thanks to its formulation, can be used in various contexts both indoors and outdoors, in a single direct coat.

To the touch it is textured, rough, thanks to the presence of special large-grain microspheres. Visually it appears matte yet rich in character. Several rust brown shades available, in addition to verdigris.

The light-resistant pigments and high-performance resin with which it is formulated ensure that Oxydium can be used in various design contexts, even in direct adhesion on metal and outdoors.

It can be applied to any type of substrate (wood, MDF, metal, glass, and plastic) properly treated and prepared with suitable primer or base coat, and is suitable for both manual and automated applications. Suitable for both one-of-a-kind pieces and large-scale production runs. Applicable on both large flat surfaces, such as doors and paneling, as well as furniture and small objects. Oxydium can also be applied in two coats with two different shades for a speckled and uneven effect.
