Ruggy

Ruggy, the rust effect, is an anti-reflective finish characterized by a visual and tactile appearance similar to oxidized metal. Speckled color effect, matte, characterized by a beautiful textured effect combined with intense and deep opacity.
A mix of special colored microspheres determines the final color.
Ruggy is a finish that with its unmistakable character is capable of making every furnishing detail industrial.

To the touch it is pleasantly textured, almost soft, thanks to the spherical grain of the microspheres. Visually it appears matte but rich in character. Various rust brown shades available. The color and soft tones of the microspheres used to create all the colorations in the Ruggy series make it suitable for use in various design contexts.

Applicable on every type of substrate (wood, MDF, metal, glass, and plastic) adequately treated and prepared with suitable primer or base coat, it lends itself to manual as well as automatic applications. Suitable for both unique pieces and large-scale production runs. Applicable on both large flat surfaces, such as doors and panels, and on assembled furniture and small objects. It is applied over a white undercoat base (as per paint collection) or lacquered in color for more saturated final color effects. Ruggy is semi-opaque and can also be applied in double coats with two different shades for a speckled and uneven effect.
